Flacco and the Snake

Big Al's Adirondack Wonderland was no place for the weak or squeamish. In fact, there were so many snakes in the pit, it was as if the floor itself was alive. That said, if you were a real snake - as in the reptile kind of snake, as opposed to the lizard-brain kind of snake - then Gray was no place for you either. Alan didn't like snakes, and never made any bones about it. So, what's a Caribbean pal, with nothing but the best intentions supposed to do for him if what Al needs is some divine serpent protection from the forces gathering against him?

This is a great story, told by Big Al and his buddy Flacco, about how some snakey spirit magic actually did do its part in keeping him out of the slammer, even if only for the summer.
